Kadeem is the most recent addition to the firm’s team of Attorneys and was admitted to
practice in October 2021.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) from the
University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, Trinidad (2019), and a Legal
Education Certificate (LEC) from the Hugh Wooding Law School, Trinidad (2021).
During his academic life, Kadeem has demonstrated a high level of aptitude. Most
recently, at the Hugh Wooding Law School, he secured placement on the Principal’s
Roll of Honour for his academic performance over the 2-year LEC Programme and he
was also the recipient of the Grenada Bar Association Award for Excellence as the Top
Graduating Student from Grenada for the 2020/21 Academic Year. Kadeem’s academic
successes have been supplemented by his involvement in numerous student groups
and societies. Most notably, he served as President of the Grenada Students’
Association during his final year at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine and
Cultural and Entertainment Activities Chairperson of the OECS Jurisdictional Committee
at the Hugh Wooding Law School.
Kadeem is currently the acting President of the
Beaulieu Junior Conference of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul and is a Floor
Member of the recently appointed Grenada Bar Association Executive for the term
2022/23.
Before joining the firm, Kadeem completed numerous internships at three notable law
firms in Grenada – including Mitchell & Co. He was also a high school teacher at his
alma mater, the Grenada Boys’ Secondary School, for one year prior to commencing
his legal studies.
Kadeem’s areas of practice are burgeoning but presently include Civil Litigation,
Property Law, Company Law and Succession Law.
Kadeem is a creative and performing arts enthusiast, and in his private life, he enjoys
songwriting, reading and listening to music to unwind.
